    Hey,

I just updated my website to Version 1.49.0, which mentioned the analytics module for rank math. However, after updating, no such module was found anywhere in the dashboard. Can you please check?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thanks for your reply.

Though currently i have rolled back to previous version of Rankmath after checking the issue it is causing for vast majority of installations(Though it did work fine for me). I would be updating the plugin only once a patch for current version is released, as the site is undergoing high traffic and i can’t risk losing that incase it causes a fatal error as in case of others.

As for the sensitive data, unfortunately i cannot provide that, as the website uses Sucuri firewall, and the login page is whitelisted to only selected IPs for security purpose.

I would be updating you once the patch is released for the plugin.

    Thanks for helping

    Hello,

As long as the latest version is not throwing any fatal error on your website, you can use the plugin freely.

The Analytics module is not returning any value because we have hit the allowed API limit due to sheer number of users using the latest version.

Google allows applying for an increase in the quota limit only when someone hits at least 80% API limit, which happened after we released the final version.

With that said, we have applied for an increase in the quota limit and as soon as that happens, the Google Analytics part will start working again.

Hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    Hi,

Thanks. I did update the plugin and it works perfectly fine. However, I do have some questions regarding it. When I connect the analytics account and import the tracking code, will the analytics be working alright?

Also, the analytics tab isn’t showing up in the sidebar, and I am only able to see it’s settings in the general tab. Here’s a screenshot:

    Hello,

    Glad that helped.

Yes, but you need to turn on the Analytics option to install the code on your website:

    Thanks for the help.

The analytics module was disabled to admin for some reason. I enabled it and it works perfectly fine now.

Looking forward to the release of the Pro version of rank math
