    I purchased Rank Math Pro, but when I go to the WordPress dashboard after installing and activating it, it still shows as Rank Math Free. However, both the Pro and Free versions are listed in the installed plugins. Is this normal, or should I be seeing Rank Math Pro instead of Rank Math Free?

    We can only see a Content AI starter subscription on the account you opened this ticket with.

    It is possible you purchased the Rank Math PRO subscription using a different email/account.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Look at this invoice. It’s from the same account, and it clearly shows that it’s for rank math pro and not content AI.

    Hello,

    We have fixed the issue from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

    Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.

    Let us know if this fixes the issue.
