Not saving update to snippet

  • Hi,when i click save in rank math when editing snippet it says “updating failed,” “not logged” or “the response is not a valid json response”in and doesn’t save my work. I am activated and still not working. Please help…

    For initial troubleshooting, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes.

    If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

    I tried to go into the firewall and add the link you gave me but it wouldn’t allow me to type it in.

    This is one of the error I see when I go into developer tools on Chrome: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (). I am able to save pages that are mainly forms but not the ones with a lot of content.

    Unfortunately, I don’t know how to backup my website and the fixes you sent are way too technical for me. I am not that versed in techie stuff to do these things at this time.
