Can you please confirm if you’re facing the issue in Titles & Meta settings? In this section, Rank Math only loads the post types of your website, not the actual products. You can also share a screencast with us by using a tool like https://loom.com so that we can check this further for you.
Meanwhile, please check the PHP values of your site by heading over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. If they are set too low on your site, please ask your hosting provider to upgrade the values according to the following and see if that works for you:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

The problem is with the sheer amount of product attributes you have, not with the actual number of products. Our plugin loads each attribute into the Titles & Meta options so you can control their SEO settings and given the huge number of those you have, it’s exhausting the server resources.
You can see the full list of attributes by going to WordPress Dashboard > Products > Attributes.
There seem to be attributes created just for a single product and that is likely being done by a custom plugin installed on your website.

Great thanks, the issue did start when the products were imported
so if i have 3000+ products, would your plugin be able to handle that, if each product had 1 attribute?

The Titles & Meta settings can handle your products even more than 3000.
However, if they have 1 attribute for each of them, then the issue will persist since our plugin loads all the attributes in the settings.
Moreover, attributes shouldn’t be added to each of your products. With the product attribute feature, you can create new product variations, group items by their specific attributes, or add more information to a single product.
