For initial troubleshooting, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools and click on the button “Re-create Missing Database Tables”. You may also refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/recreate-missing-database-tables/
After that, you can try adding new redirections again and see if that would work.
If the issue persists we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
