Assistance Required: Schema Setup Showing Username Instead of Vote Count

    Dear RankMath Support Team,

    I am setting up schema using the RankMath plugin for the first time and have encountered an issue while using the “Product” template for schema markup. When the schema data appears in Google, it displays my WordPress website’s username (e.g., “adminpanel”) under the rating section.

    Issue:
    The schema is showing the WordPress username as the rater, but I want to replace it with the number of vote counts instead.

    Could you please guide me on:

    How to remove the WordPress username from the schema?
    How to correctly display the number of votes instead (if possible)?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

    That happens because you have added the ratings manually to the page and you only have a single review on that page. The name only disappears when you have more than one review from different users.

    It’s important to note that the author of the review needs to be in the Schema markup as that is a requirement set by the Google guidelines.

    With our plugin, adding more than one review is only available with the WooCommerce Product Schema when used on WooCommerce products or with the PRO plugin using the Advanced Schema Generator to add custom markup with all the different review data.
