I created an account with the email s*************@g******** and purchased the Pro version using that account. However, no matter what I do, I cannot log in, and I keep receiving an error. I have reset my password several times, but unfortunately, the login still doesn’t work, and only the page refreshes.
As a result, I had to create a new account in order to submit a ticket, as I couldn’t even submit a ticket without being logged in. Please investigate the issue. For identity verification, my phone number is 2362685868, which is listed in my original account. My full name is Shayan Erfanian.
