I think since the last update, I have not been able to use the box on the products. It’s there, but it won’t open for editing. I have followed some of the help articles, deactivated plugins and activated, and I don’t know what the problem is. can you please help me? I am sending a screenshot so you can see what it looks like.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
