You can create a reusable Table of Content Block which you can add to your content. Once you’ve created and configured the Tables of Contents block, you can save the customized Table of Contents block as a Reusable Block.

It’s not the same a it automatically adding the TOCS where we want like Lucky Table of Contents does.

Unfortunately, right now we don’t have any feature to automatically include the Rank Math Table of Contents on your posts and pages.
We are constantly working on our features and trying to improve them for our users.
