Hi,
I just stopped seeing the SEO details visible at top of any page when logged in, on all my sites. Please help.

Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO details not being visible at the top of your pages when logged in. This could be related to the settings in your Rank Math plugin or possibly a conflict with another plugin or theme.
To troubleshoot this issue, please check the following:
- Ensure that the Rank Math plugin is updated to the latest version.
- Verify that the Rank Math Metabox is enabled for your post types. You can do this by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Metabox and ensuring that the options are checked.
- If you have recently changed any settings or installed new plugins, try deactivating them to see if that resolves the issue.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, we recommend replying to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will overtake the ticket and assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!
This is an automated reply from Rank Math Support Bot. Your ticket has been assigned to a human agent and we will get back to you shortly.
To troubleshoot this issue, I have checked the following as suggested by RANKBOT. I am also using RankMath Pro:
1. Ensure that the Rank Math plugin is updated to the latest version.
2. Verify that the Rank Math Metabox is enabled for your post types. You can do this by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Metabox and ensuring that the options are checked.
3. If you have recently changed any settings or installed new plugins, try deactivating them to see if that resolves the issue. Please assign it to a human agent.
Hello,
For troubleshooting, please check if you or other users accidentally clicked the star icon as it will unpin the Rank Math from the toolbar
Also, ensure that the Rank Math option is enabled in the block editor options
If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hi Reinelle,
I can’t even open the block editor on ANY site of mine! Hence, it cannot be site specific, it’s there on ALL my sites!
As a result, I can’t send you any screenshots as well.

Hello,
You can upload screenshots using this tool and add the link here.
Please follow the guide we shared previously so we can log in to your site and investigate further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Reinelle,
You didn’t get my point. I know how to take screenshots. The problem is that I simply cannot open the block editor on my sites. So, what do I take the screenshot of???
I also deactivated all my other plugins but the problem still persists. I also tested on multiple new themes, there again the problem persists.
And which site in my hosting account should I send you the login credentials of, as ALL my sites are effected???
Please give me a clear instruction.
Thanks!

Hello,
We cannot replicate this issue on any of the sites we just tested it on. We would need access to one of the sites that this issue is happening on. Please follow these steps here to share your WordPress and FTP access with us.
Thank you for choosing Rank Math
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further to open one of my sites, namely http://7chakras.org? All sites have the same problem.
Thank you.
Hello,
We can’t replicate the issue on your site. The SEO controls, SEO details column, and Frontend Stats bar are present on the site. Please share the screenshots of the affected area so we can check this further.
Looking forward to helping you.

Hello,
It is working fine for us when checking your site:
Please try using incognito mode or a different browser and let us know if the issue persists.
Also, the user needs access to the Analytics module to see the stats bar. Please make sure that the Analytics permission is allowed in Rank Math > Role Manager for the user role you are using to check the page.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
O my God! What a stupid thing it was!!
As, you said, ” Please try using incognito mode or a different browser and let us know if the issue persists.” And I did, it was working perfectly fine!
What could have happened to my regular browser on which it is still posing the same problem???
