  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your permalinks. It seems that the shop base "tienda" is not displaying as expected.

To ensure that the shop base is set correctly, please check the following settings in Rank Math:

    1. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → WooCommerce.
    2. Ensure that the Remove base option is disabled if you want to keep the shop base in your URLs.
    3. If you have enabled the Remove category base option, make sure it is configured correctly as well.

If everything seems correct and the issue persists, it might be helpful to clear your website’s cache and refresh your permalinks by going to Settings → Permalinks and simply clicking Save Changes without making any changes.

If you continue to experience problems, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

The page you shared is not a product page but rather a taxonomy so the settings you shared don’t apply there. If you go to the actual product page, you’ll see the correct permalink and in accordance to the settings you have: https://tallercactus.com/taller02/tienda/ilustracion/clases-de-ilustracion/

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Sorry, but I made a mistake, I want to be displayed the shop base also in categories or taxonomies.

As I want that to solve it or know how to do it, what is better for SEO. With or without?

    Hello,

You may achieve this using a permalink plugin like this:

However, we recommend keeping your URLs clean, short, and to the point, and making sure that the user can understand what the category is all about from the URL alone.
