    Hello,

    I hope this message finds you well. I noticed a recent charge on our card from a few days ago and was a bit surprised, as we tried your service about a year ago but haven’t used it since. I wasn’t aware of an upcoming renewal.

    Would it be possible to discuss a refund?

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

    You can cancel the automatic subscriptions by following this guide:
