    Hello
    Id like to request for a refund my subscription – that charged me 2 days ago.
    I wasnt able to find this last year – and this year it ticked over again
    My account is a*******@h********** – but i cant find the subscription on my account dashboard.
    This is my order number
    RANKMATH241109-1563-87277B

    If i can get that refunded / my account can cancel the subscription..

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    The renewal is for your 3rd year of Rank Math PRO subscription purchased on November 9, 2021.

    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
     
    If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
