    I enable Images in Sitemaps but for pages, images are not showing.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with images not showing in your sitemap. To ensure that images are included in your sitemap, please follow these steps:

    1. Enable Image Custom Fields: Make sure you have added the custom field names for the images in your pages. You can do this by navigating to the Sitemap Settings in Rank Math and entering the custom field names in the appropriate section. Remember to add only one entry per line.

    2. Check Sitemap Settings: Ensure that the option to include images in the sitemap is enabled. You can find this setting under Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings.

    3. Save Changes: After making any changes, don’t forget to save your settings.

    4. Verify Sitemap URL: After saving, check the URL of your Pages Sitemap to see if the images are now included. You can find the URL at the top of the Sitemap Settings page.

    Hello,

    Please note that Rank Math detects only the images inserted inside the post_content, so images that were inserted on a page as gallery, background, and slider will not be detected and included in the sitemap.

    If you have the custom field for the images, you can also include them in Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Posts > Image Custom Fields, this would help Rank Math detect the images.
