The star rating is added for any page that has a schema that supports review snippet. Please check the following Google link for schema types that support rating: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/review-snippet
You can then select the chosen schema for your page in Rank math meta box under the schema tab

Rank math offes the Local Business schema as sitewide business type.
To have star ratings for your page(s)/post(s) using Rank math, you will need to use an on page schema type that supports star rating. To set this, just head to edit your page/post then in Rank math metabox under Schema tab click on schema generator and select either of the following schema types:
Book
Course
Event
Product
Recipe
Software App
These are the types that support rating with Rank math and adding them to your page will automatically add the rating schema to your page markup.
