credits disappeared without providing the content

    I had 2,400 credits but I couldn’t use the content generated as I got the out of credits alert. This means I have wasted 2,400 credits which surely can’t be correct? The articles generated so far have been 1500 – 2000 words each so I thought i would have capacity to create the article without issues.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding regarding how credits are consumed. Each time you make a Content AI Research request, it costs 500 credits, and every word generated using Content AI consumes 1 credit. Therefore, if your articles are around 1500 to 2000 words, that would consume between 1500 to 2000 credits just for the word generation alone, plus the initial 500 credits for the research request.

    If you received an alert stating that you were out of credits, it indicates that your available credits were exhausted due to these calculations. Unfortunately, unused credits do not roll over to the next month, so it’s essential to manage them effectively.
