    To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Disconnect Your Account: Go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help. Click on Disconnect Account.

    2. Reconnect Your Account: After disconnecting, you will see a prompt to activate your license. Click on the Connect Now button.
      Click Connect Now
      Make sure to select the correct Rank Math account associated with your subscription and click OK, Activate Now.

    Once you have reconnected, check your Rank Math Account Area to see if your website appears there.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We can see that you have one (1) connected website in your Rank Math account. [added the URL in the sensitive data section]

    If you are referring to a different domain, you can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    After that, you can see all your connected sites here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    You can also clear the Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Transients:
