Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with your Facebook images not displaying. Here are a few things you can check to resolve this problem:
-
Image Dimensions: You mentioned resizing the image to 1200×600. However, the recommended size for Facebook sharing images is 1200 pixels wide and 630 pixels tall. Please ensure that your image meets this exact dimension.
-
Image Format: Make sure that the image format is one of the supported types. Facebook supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, and also WebP formats. If your image is in a different format, it may not display correctly.
-
Adding the Image in Rank Math: Ensure that you have added the Facebook sharing image through the Rank Math Meta Box. You can refer to this guide on adding social meta for more details.
-
Facebook App ID: Although optional, adding a Facebook App ID in Rank Math can help with sharing issues. You can set it under Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Social Meta.
-
Use Facebook Sharing Debugger: You can use the Facebook Sharing Debugger to scrape your URL again. This tool can help identify any issues with how Facebook is reading your Open Graph tags.
If you’ve checked all these points and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Where can I find the Facebook app value?
Hello,
The image for that page is already showing correctly in the Facebook Share Debugger as you can see here:
You don’t need to add the application ID to be able to show the image when sharing a particular page.
Thank you.

This link is not displayed on Facebook. The image file name is in Thai. Why is it not displayed?
Hello,
We checked the page you’ve shared and we can see the image file name is in English and the OG image is also showing properly on the Facebook Sharing debugger tool:
However, we have recently seen some issues with the OG image where the file name is in non-English characters. For more details, you can check this URL: https://ke2b.com/en/facebooks-recent-changes-impacting-non-english-image-file-names-key-notices-for-webmasters/
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
