    I recently subscribed to Content AI, but the credits are not reflecting on my WordPress website connected to my account. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the Correct Account: Ensure that you are logged in to the Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.

    2. Check Remaining Credits: Go to your Rank Math account and navigate to Account > Website or visit this URL: Rank Math My Account. Here, you should be able to see your remaining credits. Refer to the screenshot below for guidance:

    3. Disconnect and Reconnect: If the credit count is correct in your account but not reflecting on your website, go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. From there, disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are the screenshots for reference:

    4. Refresh Credits: After reconnecting, head back to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again. This will prompt the plugin to request updated credits from our server. Here’s how it looks:
