A declaration confirming that you do not have a Permanent Establishment in India.We would like to emphasize that the non-submission of the above-mentioned documents may result in the deduction of taxes at rates as high as 44%, in accordance with the Income Tax Act, 1961. Therefore, to avoid any excessive tax withholding, we kindly request you to provide these documents at your earliest convenience.
