    I haven’t used a single credit but still it is showing 0 credit in content ai Please help me in resolving this issue.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.

    Once you are logged in, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL.
    2. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, please do the following:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    2. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are the screenshots for reference:

    3. After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in your Content AI to request the updated credits from our server. Here’s how:

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
