Focus Keyword & Meta Description not saving - Support

Hi I’m not sure what changed on the website between this week and last week, but my meta descriptions and focus keywords aren’t saving when I edit them either in Elementor or the classic WP editor. The plugins are all up to date and I can’t find a Firewall or any Javascript errors can you have a look to see if you can identify the problem if I give you my clients website login details?

I have tried following this guide without success https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/ so any help would be appreciated.
