Content AI Credits not showing

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits not showing. Thank you for raising this concern.

First, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase your Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by visiting your Rank Math account area here: Rank Math Account.

If the credit count appears correct in your account but is not showing on your website, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are some screenshots for reference:

After reconnecting, head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits count again. This will request the updated credits from our server and should display the correct amount. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

If you still do not see your credits after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

We have gone ahead and fixed this from our end.

You should see in your WordPress dashboard that your Rank Math account is disconnected from the plugin.

Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account again. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
