Could you please confirm this is happening even when only Rank math is active with a default theme?
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

i changed theme several time, default theme and so on but the problem still is there

sorry i found something strange
admin bar didnt show at google chrome only
i tested microsoft edge and samsung browser and they worked fine.
could you help me to solve the problem at google chrome also

i used a clear cache addon for google chrome and it solved.
