display seo info after yoast import

    Hi,
We’re changing all our sites and clients’ sites from yoast to Rankmath, and we’ve noticed that after we’ve done the import, the imported seo info (keyword, title, description etc) is all there, but the rankmath score is not displayed on the pages summary or posts summary columns. When we click edit and click anywhere in the widget it updates the score and display back on the summary page. We need to see the scores in the “all pages – all posts” columns display so we can see what pages/posts have not yet been optimised, or have a low score.

When you have hundreds of pages/posts per site to do – and over 30 sites to do, going into every single page/post and clicking around to make the score generate is a very time consuming manual process.

Is there a faster way to get all the score from imported info to display in the columns?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

These tests rely on PHP as well as JS (mostly). If it were just PHP, we could do it in the background and apart from slowing down a website that has lots of posts – there wouldn’t be much you would notice.

But, some of the tests actually require that the JS be loaded so that’s why the posts need to be updated/opened. Updating the date of the post without actually updating anything in the content is not an ideal solution either. That might trigger Google’s bots to ignore the posts. Google appreciates a post being updated with some content/fixes and not just merely changing the last updated date.

Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.

    Hello,

    I’d like to chime in.

If you want to show the SEO details column, then go to Dashboard > Posts/Pages > Look at the Screen Options at the top and extract that > Check the SEO Details checkbox and Click on Apply.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

I know how to rurn on the screen options display, thankyou Jitendra – I’m not a beginner. As mentioned everything that has been imported across from Yoast is displaying except the score, which means we have to open every page and click around till it updates then save. When you have hundreds of pages / posts to do on many websites, we do not have the time to add more content to every page as suggested by Alberto. Very frustrating and time wasting. I don’t think we’ll convert any more existing sites to rank math for this reason. Only use it on new sites.

    Hello,

I am so sorry but there is no way to automate this.

We would not suggest automating that anyway.

Some of the tests only run when you load up a post. The score gets saved when you hit the update button. But, don’t just hit the update button without changing any content on your website. If you do this, Google will think you are trying to manipulate the date Google sometimes shows beside your search result ( https://i.rankmath.com/BiZDrV )

So, we recommend that you start with your most important posts, open then, make changes as per recommendations made by Google and then hit the update button.

I hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

P.S: Not to make any comparison but if you import to Yoast – the same thing happens.
