  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Please note that the Person schema needs additional data for the properties and you need to fill them in to add it to your pages to be validated:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/person-schema/

If you set the default schema in Titles & Meta settings, you may still need to add details like Email, Address, Gender, etc.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi Reinelle,

Actually the headline and description of the person schema are pushing SEO title and SEO description, respectively, by using %seo_title% and %seo_description, which are both filled. However, since it wasn’t working as expected, I manually changed the headline and description, but it still didn’t work. It only worked after I deleted the schema and recreated it.
And this is happening accross all “corpo clínico” pages where the person schema is implemented.

    Hello,

As we already mentioned, you’ll have to add the mandatory properties like email, address, gender, and job title in the Person Schema to make it valid. Otherwise, the schema will not be implemented to the posts/pages.

However, in the PRO version of the plugin, we have the Schema template option that can be used to add a proper schema to all the posts/pages. For more details, you can check this URL: https://rankmath.com/kb/schema-templates/

In the Rank Math free version, you’ll have to edit and add the properties in the Person schema manually.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
