Could you lease update to the latest release and clear your cache then check if the issue still persists by testing your URL with Google rich results test tool.

If the issue is not fixed then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
