Redirections going to the wrong place

Hello,

I am trying to set up a redirect following a permalink change however it is going off to the wrong page.

I have followed the settings on this page – https://rankmath.com/kb/solving-redirection-issues-using-rank-math-seo/ and used to have the Permalink setting – month and name https://mummyvswork.co.uk/2024/10/sample-post/ and now have post name – https://mummyvswork.co.uk/sample-post/.

Following the settings in the above this post https://mummyvswork.co.uk/2015/08/delicious-homemade-madeira-cake/ should go to https://mummyvswork.co.uk/delicious-homemade-madeira-cake/ however it is not it is going to something random. Please can you advise what I am doing wrong.
