    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your credits not being available. To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase your Content AI credits.

    Once logged in, check your remaining credits by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or by visiting this URL: My Account – Websites. You should see your correct remaining credits there. Here’s a reference screenshot:

    If the credit count appears correct but is not reflecting on your website, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After reconnecting, head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again to request the updated credits from our server. You can do this by following the steps shown in this screenshot:

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
