Refund Request – Duplicate Charge

    Hello RankMath Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I would like to request a refund for a duplicate charge of $59. I recently started a subscription to RankMath using my new account l********@g********, but I noticed that the charge was applied to my old account s******************@g******** (this account).

    Please kindly process the refund for the charge on the old account and ensure that all future charges are applied to my new account.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We can see that the order number you provided is for your previous Rank Math subscription in this account. We don’t see any new charges in this account.

    However, in the other email you provided, I can see three (3) subscriptions:
    1. Rank Math PRO (September 18, 2024)
    2. Content AI Plan renewal (October 3, 2024)
    3. SEO Course (September 23, 2024)

    To avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?

    If yes, please send an email to our billing and accounts department at s******@r*********** using the main email address and cc the secondary email and tell us the preferred email address, and we will do the needful.
