No, the SEO Analyzer tool only analyzes your homepage.
The SEO Analyzer Basic SEO section only analyzes your homepage’s content and metadata.
However, the Advanced SEO section analyzes your whole site:

The advanced section is a part of the SEO Analyzer but please note that the tests should only be considered for the homepage as that is the only page that gets fully analyzed.
As for the support for a multisite environment, our plugin does support that but you need to make sure the plugin is only active on each subsite and not on the network.

Can you please confirm if you’re referring to the activation of the plugin? Our plugin doesn’t make use of any API key. Please refer to this guide instead: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-license-key/
If you’re referring to something else, kindly explain in detail as we don’t offer API service at the moment.
