I can’t use content AI

    1. Content AI Subscription is Not Active: If you see a message stating, "To access this Content AI feature, you need to have an active subscription plan," it means your Content AI subscription may not be active. You can check your subscription status and select a Content AI plan if needed.

    2. Website is Not Connected to Rank Math: If you encounter a message saying, "Start using Content AI by connecting your RankMath.com Account," it indicates that your website may not be properly connected. To connect your site, navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help and click Connect Now. Make sure you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that has the Content AI credits.
      Start using Content AI by connecting your RankMath account.

    Please confirm if you get an error when you use the refresh icon in WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI. If you do, please share it and the site URL so we can fix the issue.

    You don’t need any WAF rules. The issue was on our end and we have fixed it.

    Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and Connect your Rank Math account.

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
