Can not refresh credits on Content AI Settings

    When clicking the refresh icon to refresh the Content AI credits that show zero, I get the message: Could not generate. Please try again later.

    2. Check Your Account: Make sure you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that has the Content AI credits purchased.
    3. Reconnect Your Account: Go to your WordPress admin area, navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. This can help in syncing your credits properly.

    I’ve completed the steps given above: I’ve reconnected Rankmath and accessed the Content AI settings to refresh the credits again, but still get the message: Could not generate. Please try again later.

    Hello,

    You have the PRO plugin installed on the site, while your account no longer has an active PRO plan. Please disable the PRO plugin and reconnect your Rank Math account. You should be able to use Content AI after that.
