    I purchased the AI subscription but do not see it under my account or in my wordpress: RANKMATH241009-2095-88249

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your AI subscription. It seems that you may not be logged into the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI subscription.

    Please follow these steps to check your subscription:

    1. Log in to the Rank Math account that you used to purchase the subscription.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: My Account – Websites.
    3. Check if your AI subscription is listed there and if the credits are visible.

    If you are logged into the correct account and still do not see your subscription, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area:

    • Go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, then disconnect and reconnect your account.

    After reconnecting, refresh the Content AI section to see if your subscription appears correctly.

    If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
