    Hello. My content ai credits purchased with l****@w********** are not showing up in pickaproxy.com which is a site that I had already added to my dashboard. Is there some email mismatch perhaps?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits not showing up on your site. To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account associated with your purchase of Content AI credits.

    Once you are logged in, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: Rank Math Account Websites.
    2. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits there. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    If the credit count appears correct but is not reflecting on your website, please do the following:

    1. Navigate to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are the screenshots for guidance:

    After reconnecting, head back to your Content AI and refresh the credits count to ensure the plugin requests the updated credits from our server. Here’s how to refresh:

    Hello,

    We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, if you’re not able to see the credits on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
