  • Hello,

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the custom post type sitemaps in Rank Math. Since your development team has checked for errors and everything seems fine, there are a few things we can suggest to troubleshoot this further:

    1. Flush Permalinks: Sometimes, simply flushing the permalinks can resolve issues with sitemaps. You can do this by going to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and clicking Save Changes without making any changes.

    2. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Ensure that there are no conflicts with other plugins that might be affecting the sitemap functionality. You can use the Health Check plugin to help identify any potential conflicts.

    3. Custom Post Type Visibility: Make sure that the custom post types are set to be publicly queryable and have the correct settings in their registration code. If they are not set to be included in the sitemap, they won’t appear.

    4. Sitemap Cache: If you have caching enabled, try clearing the cache to see if that resolves the issue. You can also disable sitemap caching by adding the following line to your theme’s rank-math.php file:

      add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
    5. Check Sitemap Settings: Double-check the settings in Rank Math to ensure that the custom post types are indeed enabled for inclusion in the sitemap. You can refer to your screenshot for confirmation.

    If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and assist you further.

    Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure the post types are currently set to index in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta.

    Once done please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
