Check for Plugin Conflicts: Ensure that there are no conflicts with other plugins that might be affecting the sitemap functionality. You can use the Health Check plugin to help identify any potential conflicts.

Custom Post Type Visibility: Make sure that the custom post types are set to be publicly queryable and have the correct settings in their registration code. If they are not set to be included in the sitemap, they won’t appear.

Sitemap Cache: If you have caching enabled, try clearing the cache to see if that resolves the issue. You can also disable sitemap caching by adding the following line to your theme’s rank-math.php file:

Please make sure the post types are currently set to index in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta.
Once done please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
