When we make blog live/publish with slug word like azure its showing us Page Not found, the rest of the slug words is working properly but this only word “azure” showing me Not found page after live post. So, can you please suggest or help why this is happened.Thank you

Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the "azure" slug in your WordPress URL. It seems that when you publish a post with this specific slug, it results in a "Page Not Found" error.
This could be due to several reasons:
- Conflict with Existing Pages or Posts: There might be another page or post that is already using the slug "azure". WordPress does not allow duplicate slugs, so if there is a conflict, it will lead to a 404 error.
- Permalink Settings: Sometimes, permalink settings can cause issues. You might want to try resetting your permalinks by going to WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks and simply clicking the Save Changes button without making any changes. This can refresh the permalink structure.
- Caching Issues: If you have any caching plugins or server-side caching enabled, it might be worth clearing the cache to see if that resolves the issue.
- Server Configuration: In some cases, server configurations or restrictions might prevent certain slugs from being used.
To troubleshoot further, we recommend checking if there are any existing pages or posts with the same slug and ensuring that your permalink settings are correctly configured. If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to resolve it soon!
Thanks for reply
I have read above instruction and we have already used it.
– We have not using repeated slug like that
– We have also many trying update permalink after publish post for the same slug when coming not found page
– We also use every time clear cache using WP Rocket plugin
– Also, server side its ok for configuration
But one thing is there any way to allowed slug word like “azure” in WordPress or htaccess?
Our site has htaccess may be override code and not updated any script, Can you please what is reason for that.Thank you
Hello,
In this case, you may temporarily deactivate the Rank Math plugin on your site and check again the URL if it’s still showing 404.
All of the data you have already configured in Rank Math are saved in your database, so there shouldn’t be any data loss upon doing so.
If the issue persists even without Rank Math, then this issue must be coming from one of your plugins or active theme.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello
Thanks for reply,I have read above ur opinion but it risk for us about deactivate all plugins and reactive again it, if some we do that then some happened functionally won’t work so it might be risk. I can give you our plugins list that we using in site, so you can review and tell us which plugins conflict with “azure” slug word and we will make it deactivate.
Thank you
Hello,
Using the troubleshooting mode does not affect your site from functioning nor does it affect your site visitors.
All plugins will appear inactive and your site will switch to the default theme in this mode so you can check for the culprit.
This troubleshooting should be done on your website as we cannot predict which plugin is causing the issue.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Ok thanks for information.
Hello,
If you are concerned about debugging this on your live site, can you create a staging site where you can replicate this issue and fully debug it?
Please create one, this will allow you to investigate the issue and resolve it without worrying about touching the live website.
You can follow this article to create the staging website: https://rankmath.com/blog/how-to-create-staging-site/
We look forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
okay thanks for reply,
We have facing one another issue like WP Site down. there are many coming requesting from this “wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=as_async_request_queue_runner&nonce=9a626bf80e ”
When it coming requesting for long time site has down and not working. Could you please suggest me how we can control or manage this requesting?Thank you
Hello,
Those are requests made by plugins or your theme to the WordPress background process to run actions without re-loading the pages and the only way to control them is to figure out what is causing this by investigating the stack trace of the calls and disabling that plugin or feature from the plugin that is calling that.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Hello,
It’s impossible to tell which plugin is making those requests from the request. The request only includes the security nonce and nothing more so it’s impossible to tell just from the URL what plugin is making those calls.
You would need to investigate the scheduled actions on your website which are usually located under WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Ok Thanks for Reply Miguel
