To resolve the issue, please ensure that you have enabled the Instant Indexing module in Rank Math. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO and enabling the Instant Indexing module. Once enabled, make sure that Rank Math has generated an API Key for your website.
If you still encounter the error when trying to submit a page, it may be necessary to manually add the API key to your website’s root directory as a text file named [your_api_key].txt. This file should contain your API key. After doing this, try submitting the page again.
If the problem persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thanks for the info, however, I don’t see any API keys.
The RankMath dashboard also shows that I have no websites connected although I’ve just been through the setup wizard process again.
It doesn’t look like things are connected properly.

Regarding the connection, head over to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help tab, disconnect and connect it again to your Rank Math account.
