While we recommend updating to the latest version for full protection, if you’re unable to do so due to WordPress compatibility issues, you can mitigate the security vulnerability by disabling the affected Rank Math feature. If that feature is under a separate Rank Math module, you can disable that module.
Other than that, there’s no other option unless you update your WordPress version.
