I continue to get an error when attempting to trying to export.
    I self-host.
I have no FTP access available for others.
I was recommended to increase PHP.ini settings like the following:
    PHP Memory Limit: 1024M
    Max input time: 600
    PHP time limit: 240
    PHP max input variables: 1000

All of these have been done, but I still get an 404 error when attempting to export.
I was requested to open a new ticket and provide access to wordpress. I am using the plugin suggested “Temporary Login without a password”, and will send that login link to s******@r***********

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with exporting keywords. It sounds frustrating, especially after increasing your PHP settings. Since you are still encountering a 404 error, it may be beneficial to check if there are any conflicts with other plugins or themes that could be causing this issue.

If you have already opened a ticket and provided access using the "Temporary Login without a password" plugin, our support team will be able to investigate further. Thank you for your patience and for providing the necessary access for troubleshooting.

If you need further assistance or have additional questions, feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent will assist you shortly.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

The export is failing on the website because the request is being timed out and returning a 504 error from Cloudflare with the Ray ID: 8cf507faed3c9c7c

This indicates that something on the actual server is not working properly as the error only points at the hosting.

We would recommend checking your server resources and making sure that you have sufficient available RAM and CPU power to process this request. For example, if we try to export only the users, since the content is much smaller the process completes after a while, but still takes longer than expected for such little data.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

My dedicated server instance is a 2 CPU 4GB ram instance.
I monitored the usage during an attempt to export the data.

It doesn’t seem to be using too many resources. At the most (1) of the (2) CPU’s is maxed by my db, and RAM never climbs above 2.6GB.

Additionally, since my pro subscription is set to renew in a few days, I cancelled that subscription so that we can try to get this figured out before it renews, since if we can’t get this figured out there is no need to renew.

    Hello,

As mentioned in our previous reply, the issue is not within the plugin as the export completes when there is a smaller data sample size.

We provided the Ray ID of the Cloudflare error and the error code that is being triggered when trying to export all the data.

The functions from our plugin are running fine but are hitting a limit on the server or Cloudflare that prevents them from completing when the amount of data is a bit higher.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do from our side to overcome this.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,
I have upgraded my server to 24GB RAM, and continue to have this issue.

I am not clear where the failure is, and there doesn’t seem to exist any way to determine this.

I have disabled cloudflare as a plugin on my server, so the only involvement Cloudflare has with my site is as a DNS provider. I also disabled the proxy of the DNS records for my http://www.bisontactical.com server, but continue to receive the 504 error.

Can you provide me a mysql query to extract the keywords from the RankMath database, unless you have some other way to generate the export to a .csv file delivered to the local host and not via a browser?

    Hello,

All the keywords and other data relative to the pages and posts on the website is saved in the postmeta table and are prefixed with the key rank_math.

So, for the keywords that would be rank_math_focus_keywords.

You can make a query to that table to look for that meta key and export the results of that.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
