    Hi.
    With my Account r************@r************** I bought a Content AI Subscription. But in my account I have to read

    you don’t have Content AI subscription.

    I paid the Subscription, and I can see the payment in my paypal-Account (r*@w***************).

    Please activate my subscription.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

    We found the subscription associated with the PayPal email address and switched it over to this account so you should be able to use the credits on the websites connected to this account.
