Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be caused by a conflict with one of your plugins/theme.

No, it’s not a problem with the plugins. I disabled all the plugins and the problem still persists.

No, I didn’t install it. Because of you, all my backups were gone. Whoever tried to do it this morning, they deleted all of them and destroyed them. There is no backup of the site. I will sue you.
