No index tag

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your newly published content not being indexed due to the noindex tag. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Check Individual Posts/Pages

Ensure that the noindex tag is not set for your specific posts or pages. You can do this by:

• Going to the WordPress Dashboard.
• Navigating to Rank Math SEO and then Titles & Meta.
• Checking each tab to confirm that the settings are as per your preference. If you find any posts or pages that should be indexed, change their robots meta tag to Index.

2. Global Settings Check

Make sure that the global settings are not set to noindex:

• Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Posts/Pages/Products/CPTs.
• Also, check that the Discourage search engines from indexing this site option is not enabled at WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Reading.

3. Robots.txt File

Check your robots.txt file to ensure it does not contain any disallow rules that prevent indexing:

• You can edit your robots.txt file in Rank Math at WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Edit Robots.txt.

4. Wait for Google to Index

After making these changes, please remember that it may take some time for Google to recrawl and index your pages. It’s normal for new content to take a few days or even weeks to appear in search results.

If you have fixed the issues and still see problems, you can request Google to recrawl your page via Google Search Console by selecting the URL and clicking on the Request Indexing button.
