  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control and then rollback to the previous version(1.0.47) of the plugin and then test the import once again? If this works, please let us know.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi,

I have completed the import and this message was just for you to check and fix, if relevant.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I think I have already closed this thread in my last reply.

Have you checked internally for a possible fix?

    Hello,

We are into it and probably in the upcoming release, it could be fixed.

Since you set it as solved, if you don’t mind me asking, could you please leave us a review (if you haven’t already) on https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/seo-by-rank-math/reviews/#new-post about your overall experience with Rank Math? We appreciate your time and patience.

If you do have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.

    Thank you.

Actually it is NOT solved. You simply asked me to roll back to previous version which is NOT a solution.

Neither have you responded if you have investigated this internally.

It would be great if you read well before asking for reviews.

    Hello,

We are extremely sorry for the confusion.

We have added it to the internal bug list and we are currently investigating this issue.

We will have a solution for you, hopefully in the next update.

Please disregard our previous reply and we are very sorry for the inconvenience that might have caused. That was not our intent.
