Just purchased PRO – my subscription not showing up / Not in downloads

    I just purchased PRO and it’s not showing up.

    I believe an account was created when I purchased, as I was assigned the following Username in a confirmation email. I can see the order in onfastspring.com

    Username: brian-1646

    My email address is b*******@d******************

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Rank Math PRO subscription not showing up. It seems that you may have upgraded to PRO using a different email address than the one associated with your Rank Math account.

    To resolve this, please log into your Rank Math account and check if the PRO version is available for download. If it is not, you will need to contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO account. You can do this by navigating to the Rank Math Support Forum and opening a ticket.

    When submitting your ticket, please include the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com. This will help our support team locate your PRO account and assist you further.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Your account has been already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.

    If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
