missing ai credits

    recently purchased content ai but the credits are not showing and i got stuck,

    order below

    appreciate some advice

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.

    Once logged in, navigate to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: My Account – Websites to check if the correct remaining credits are displayed. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    If the credit count appears correct but is not showing on your website, please go to your WordPress admin area and follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    2. Disconnect your Rank Math account.
      Disconnect
    3. Reconnect your Rank Math account.
      Reconnect

    After reconnecting, head back to your Content AI and refresh the credits count to request the updated credits from our server. Here’s how to refresh:
