Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with your posts not indexing after changing your blog’s address. This can be a frustrating situation, but there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
-
Update Your Sitemap: After changing your domain, ensure that your sitemap is updated to reflect the new URL. You can regenerate your sitemap in Rank Math by going to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings and then resubmit it to Google Search Console (GSC).
-
Submit a Manual Indexing Request: If your website still hasn’t been indexed weeks after the change, consider submitting a manual indexing request through GSC. However, keep in mind that relying on manual submissions may indicate that improvements are needed on your site.
-
Check for Crawl Errors: In GSC, check for any crawl errors that might be preventing Google from accessing your new site. Look under the Coverage section for any issues.
-
Verify Domain Ownership: Ensure that you have verified ownership of your new domain in GSC. If you haven’t done this yet, it could be a reason why your sitemap isn’t being listed.
-
Wait for Google to Re-crawl: Sometimes, it takes time for Google to re-crawl and index a new domain. Be patient, as it can take days or even weeks for changes to reflect in search results.
For more detailed guidance on fixing indexing issues, you can refer to our article on how to fix indexing issues in Google Search Console.

Hello,
Based on your screenshot, you have submitted sitemaps from a different domain.
Please ensure that you only submit your sitemap index for the correct property and remove/delete the others:

Looking forward to helping you.
and is this healthy for my seo because i tried to add my sitemap automatic, i followed the link you sent “https://imgur.com/a/DzyYrLi”
Hello,
As you can see in the Sitemap section of your GSC account, even if Google hasn’t listed the subsitemaps, they are still showing the discovered URLs. It means that Google has discovered the URLs from the sitemap but since you have a lot of subsitemaps, they are not showing them in the list. You should increase the links per sitemap to 1000 in WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Sitemap Settings > General to reduce the number of the sub-sitemaps and see if Google shows them in the list.
Also, almost all the URLs Google has indexed for your site are either category or tag pages. You have a lot of taxonomies, and that could be causing the indexing issue. Google has exhausted the crawl budget in indexing the taxonomies, and they no longer find the actual posts worth crawling or indexing. That’s why we recommend setting the tags to noindex.
Please set the tags to noindex on your site, wait for Google to recrawl the site and see if that improves the indexing of the site.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
okay, done but having a multiple property like this, is it healthy for my seo “https://imgur.com/a/ZSp4RxG”
Hello,
All of your website’s versions are already redirecting to HTTPS non-WWW
In that case, you should be monitoring that URL prefix property (https://naijawide.ng) in your Google Search Console. The other properties can be safely removed/deleted since they are already redirected.
Looking forward to helping you.
thanks for the help, please I still have questions to ask
1. Does the sitemap that fails to list on GSC affect my traffic? I noticed my traffic dropped, and I also noticed a decrease in my search terms on GSC.
2. concerning the tag page stuff please can you assist me in checking if I set it right, here is a screenshot “https://imgur.com/a/OE8kgG6”
