    Hi, I payed for a Pro Account:
    14.08.24 Von “Fast Spring – Rankmath” USD 64.73
    It’s activated in my WordPress, but here in my Account I can’t find the subscription anymore… I am in need for the invoice for my bookkeeping.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with locating your subscription and invoice. To download your invoice, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Email: Whenever you make a purchase, you should automatically receive the invoice in your email. Please check your inbox for an email from "Fast Spring – Rankmath".

    2. Rank Math Account Area: If you would like to download it again, log in to the Rank Math account area and navigate to the Subscriptions section from the left sidebar.

    3. In the Invoices tab, you should find all the invoices for your Rank Math PRO subscriptions.

    4. To download the invoice to your device, click the Download Invoice icon against the invoice you require.

    If you still cannot find your invoice or have any further questions, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Hi there, unfortunately I don’t have the email and I don’t see it in my account either… I have the booking on my credit card account and the tool is in pro-mode on our website ampere-dynamic.ch – What did go wrong?

    We can keep it like that. I found the invoice…
    But another question. I didn’t want the Ai Starter package! How can I cancel this subscription?

    Hello,

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    The PRO subscription remains intact on the account. The refunded subscription only included Content AI.
