    I canceled the subscription because I do not want to subscribe to this service and I want to recover the amount that was deducted from my card and I also want to remove the payment method from my account, but I could not.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Since you have already canceled the subscription, you should now be able to remove your payment method from FastSpring.com, our official payment provider.

    As for your refund request,sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
