    Ciao.
Grazie!

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Schema.org implementation on your site. For initiatives like giveaways and product testing, using the Event schema can be appropriate, especially if there is a specific date and location associated with the event. However, if the initiatives do not have a defined event structure or timing, you might consider using other schema types such as Offer or Product depending on the nature of the initiative.

Regarding your example, if you are using the Event schema but receiving errors related to missing fields like "price," it’s essential to ensure that all required fields for the Event schema are filled out correctly. The price field is typically relevant for events that have a ticket or entry fee.

You can refer to our guide on configuring the Event Schema type here for more details on what fields are necessary and how to fill them out correctly.

If you would like specific feedback on your implementation, please reply to this ticket with more details about how you’ve set up the schema, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern! We’re here to help you get it right.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for getting in touch.

For initiatives like giveaways or product testing, using the CreativeWork schema (like Article or WebPage) along with the Event schema can be appropriate. However, if your initiatives don’t qualify as events, consider just using Article or WebPage (which will be automatically generated by our plugin).

Regarding the schema implementation on your site, it’s essential to include required fields like the price in the Event schema. For giveaways, you might also want to consider using the Offer schema to accurately represent any prizes.

Further customization of schema requires our PRO version.

Please review the guidelines for each schema type on Schema.org to ensure all necessary fields are filled out correctly.

If you have further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask!
